The Games Machine #01 gets a new scan and the old PDF file has been replaced by the new CBZ version.
I originally scanned the old version on a flatbed scanner and sized the file relatively small along with playing with color/brightness balances as per the then requirements over at Retromags when I was a scanning member there. I have never been happy with the resulting file and when I found I still had a physical copy of the issue recently I decided to scan it with the document scanner. If you already have the PDF version by all means feel free to compare files and keep whichever one you prefer but the PDF version is now considered defunct and is no longer available here.

Star Trek The Official Monthly Magazine #12 is available HERE. (https://www.oldgamemags.com/forum/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;id=13135) This title continues to be an albatross around my neck, with its brown paper and wretched, way-way-too-dark reproductions of photography I have to try to correct for. Editing these scant 70 page mags into respectable shape easily takes as much time as editing, say, around 700 pages of something like Famitsu. It will be a huge relief to finally be through with them, but they're not through with me yet. :'( Please enjoy the fruits of my suffering.
As always with these, scans by Jason.

That feels like one to two mags for every different computer system being sold back then.
BBC Micro, Acorn Electron, Atom, Vic-20, C-64, Amstrad CPC, Atari, ZX-81, Spectrum 48k, CBM Pet, New Brain (I kid you not!!), TRS-80, DAI, Video Genie, Microcontroller, NASCOM 3, NEC PC8000, Sharp MZ, Sorceror (WTF? :o ) TI99/4a, ADAM, Memotech, Spectravideo SV-328, Dragon 32, Oric, GEC Dragon 64 (yet another :o ), Apple II, CGLM5 (what the ...??), Gemini Galaxy 2, Mattel Aquarius, Lucas LX ... and that list was pulled from a mere 3 mags from the early 1980's. Holy shit!!
I only read PLAYSTATION MAGIC

You may laugh but I have wasted good time and money trying to get a copy of that ugly looking magazine.

Did issue 3 ever come out? I've never seen it. Were there more after that?

Why did they confuse Tarzan with Final Fantasy VIII? I mean, one's a platformer, the other's a JRPG. Confusion alert!

You ever have that moment where you're browsing the new releases thread and see a cover that you haven't seen in over two decades, yet unlocks a memory and is of an issue you know for sure you had? That's me and this one. I haven't seen or thought about this in I guess 25+ years, but I immediately remember owning this one. That weird Claire RE2 artwork isn't any less strange.
Gregorick gives us issues 24, 25 and 30 of PSW (UK) ...

Thank you very much for the uploads. :)
Something a little different from me today with issue 01 of Warplane, a weekly series published by Orbis, added to the site. 120 issues were published and I recently acquired 119 of them with Jason managing to obtain the missing issue so expect to see a complete set available here.

The last release for march is Warplane #02 which was included free with issue 01 so it seemed right to release it in tandem with the premiere issue :)
Note: Pages are ordered as they are in the issue. I have kept the four page posters intact however and once I have fixed the A3 scanner I will scan them in one piece and add them at the rear of the relevant issues. Members can redownload them if they desire but the file sizes are very small so it's not really a burden having to download them again.

Hi. You have this misnumbered (also in the downloads section). This is issue #11.
Thank you to the scanner.

Quick shout out to KarlyPilkboys for donating a bunch of these recent issues of PSW and helping to complete a lot of the collection. I have scanned quite a few of these already but when I am finished there shouldn't be too many issues left.
