There is large amount of PSM3 up on ebay that I am willing to buy and donate to scanners here.
But is there someone here that can accept the delivery in the UK?
Have sent a reply to the DM you sent me but for anyone else this may apply to, I'm happy to accept submissions and will always put them at the top of my pile if there are specific issues people want. I do always debind the mags though so don't expect them back in one piece!
