Just to be clear, I did not ask him to take down the site. While I prefer our mags stay on our site I am aware of the older content from here that was pillaged by godane/Jason Scott and made available on IA and which is out there already.

If Tim wants to he is more than welcome to use any of our content that is already available at IA on his website but it would be preferrable if he acknowledged that said content originated from here and it would be even more ideal if it was viewable in his online viewing program but NOT downloadable.

That way it would encourage people to visit our site and maybe subsequently feel compelled to become members. It would be great if one of those visitors was potentially a new scanning member in an ideal world.

If he wants to discuss further I am more than happy to talk the options through with him.
