PC Gamer US # 77 (October 2000)

Could anyone tell me, please, if there are plans to release the October 2000 issue of PC Gamer US here? This site already has most of the PC Gamer magazines published between January 1997 and mid 2000s, and the issue # 77 is one of the few still missing.

All my issues of PC Gamer (USA) have been scanned so I classify it as M.I.A at this time.
